  2. 2
    Start with Signal mode

It shows the freshest graded setup for each symbol.

Overview

In plain wordsThe wave read of every symbol you follow, on one screen.

Mirra Master EW Scanner brings the Mirra Master Elliott Wave engine into NinjaTrader’s Market Analyzer as a column. It computes wave phase, PTI, trend, confidence and graded setups for every row, live — so you spot the best opportunities across your whole universe at a glance.

It runs the identical engine as the chart indicator, and its engine parameters mirror the chart’s, so a signal on the scanner is exactly what you would see on the chart. The scanner narrows the universe; the chart makes the decision.

02

Getting started

In plain wordsInstall once, add the column, set a data series.

Download and install

  1. Download. Get Mirra_Master_Elliott_Wave+Scanner_NT8.exe from the MirraCharts Downloads page or download it directly. One installer contains both the indicator and the scanner.
  2. Close NinjaTrader completely — the whole platform, not just the chart. Installing while it is running is the most common cause of setup problems.
  3. Run the installer and follow the prompts. It places everything where NinjaTrader expects it.
  4. Start NinjaTrader. The first launch prepares the product automatically and may take a few extra seconds.
  5. Activate your licence. Open Help → About, copy your Machine ID, and email it to [email protected] from your registered Accelpix address. If settings open but nothing draws, activation is the first thing to check.
  6. Enable Open Interest (optional). The OI regime needs Pix Connect and an active Accelpix OI data subscription. Without it the OI lines stay blank and safe; everything else works normally.

Build your scanner

  1. Create a Market Analyzer. Control Center → New → Market Analyzer.
  2. Add your instruments as rows — your watchlist, F&O universe or index constituents.
  3. Add the column. Right-click → Columns… → select MirraMasterEWScanner → Add.
  4. Pick a scan mode. In the column’s properties choose the Scan Mode — start with Signal.
  5. Set the data series. Wave analysis needs bar history per instrument, just like a chart — for example 5-minute bars with 5–10 days loaded.
  6. Repeat for each mode you want to see. One column = one mode.
03

Reading it

In plain wordsSort a column and your best candidates rise to the top.

Ranking your watchlist

Every mode writes a sortable value, so clicking the column header ranks the whole list — the scanner’s most powerful feature.

  • Signal mode: the highest-probability fresh long setups float to the top and short setups to the bottom.
  • PTI or Confidence mode: the strongest structures group together.
  • OIRegime mode: long buildups rank highest, short buildups lowest.

Make it visual. Right-click a column → Conditions to colour cells, and Alerts to play a sound when a condition is met.

Warming up

Right after loading, cells show warming n/n while each instrument’s history arrives. This is normal; the count needs completed swings before it can read the wave.

04

Scan modes

In plain wordsEach column shows one view of the wave engine.

The scan modes

Choose the mode in group 02. Display → Scan mode. Each column shows one mode; add the column again for another.

06

Settings

In plain wordsThree groups to know: the engine (01), what the column shows (02) and alerts (09).

02. Display — what the column shows

Why it matters
One column, one view — add several columns to build a full dashboard.

Signal filter (Signal mode)

Default AllSetups
What it does

Why it matters
Turns a column into a dedicated scanner, e.g. only Type 1 entries.

Signal lookback (bars)

Default 20
What it does

What it does
How the F&O lot is found — automatically from live volume, or manually.
Why it matters
Correct lots on a mixed watchlist with no manual setup.

Manual lot size

Default 0
What it does
0 = use the automatic lot; any other number forces that lot.
Why it matters
Override the lot only when an instrument is detected wrongly.

Show only A+ / A grades

Default off
What it does
Hides B-grade setups from the Signal column.
Why it matters
Keeps only the strongest setups in front of you.

01. Data & Calculation — the wave engine

These mirror the chart indicator’s engine settings (swing ATR period 14, swing deviation 2×ATR, major degree 5×ATR, wave 4 overlap 17%, and so on). Keep them identical to your chart so the scanner and the chart always agree — see the engine defaults table.

07

Custom Rules

In plain wordsWrite your own “tell me when…” rules on the wave engine’s numbers, without code.

let you build your own scans and alerts on top of the scanner’s numbers — without writing code. Each column carries five rule slots. A rule reads one value, compares it with your number over a time window you choose, and lights up the CustomRules cell (and, if you like, raises an alert) the moment it becomes true.

How a rule is built

Source / metricNew

Rule N · source
What it does
The value the rule watches — one of 14 wave-engine sources (table below).
Why it matters
Any number the scanner already calculates can become an alert, so you are not limited to the built-in events.

OperatorNew

Rule N · operator · Off = rule disabled
What it does
How the value is tested — greater than, crosses above, flips sign, rises by, stays above for, and more (table below).
Why it matters
Lets one setting express ideas like “delta turned positive in the last 10 minutes”.

Value and Value 2New

Rule N · value
What it does
The number to compare with. Value 2 is only used by Between and Outside, which need a range.
Why it matters
Keeps simple rules simple and range rules possible.

Lookback (minutes)New

0–390 · default 10 · 0 = previous bar
What it does
How far back the rule looks for crosses, flips, changes, highs, lows and persistence.
Why it matters
The same rule can be fast (5 min) or slow (60 min) without changing the metric.

NameNew

shown in the alert text
What it does
A short label you choose, e.g. “Bull flip”. It appears in the Alerts Log message.
Why it matters
You know which of your rules fired without opening the settings.

AlertNew

Rule N · alert · on/off
What it does
Whether this rule raises a NinjaTrader alert when it becomes true.
Why it matters
Use a rule silently as a filter column, or loudly as an alarm.

Rule logicNew

ANY or ALL
What it does
ANY lights the cell when at least one rule is true (“R1 R3”). ALL needs every active rule true at once (“ALL”, or “2/3” while waiting) and sends one combined alert.
Why it matters
ALL turns several simple rules into one precise setup.

Rules active from / toNew

HHMM · 0/0 = always
What it does
The time of day the rules are allowed to fire, e.g. 0930 to 1500.
Why it matters
Keeps the opening auction or the last minutes out of your alerts.

The rule operators

Alerts

In plain wordsThe grid calls you when a setup or rule fires — only for what you switched on.

09. Alerts — settings

Enable scan alerts

Default on
What it does
Master switch for this column’s alerts.
Why it matters
Turn alerts off on columns you only use for ranking, so the log stays clean.

Alert cooldown (min, per event)

Default 5
What it does
How long the same event waits before it can alert again on the same symbol.
Why it matters
Stops a choppy symbol from repeating the same alert every bar.

Alert sound (blank = silent)

Default Alert2.wav
What it does
The sound played with each alert.
Why it matters
Give each column its own sound so you know which scan fired without looking.

Alerts appear in NinjaTrader’s Alerts Log (Control Center → New → Alerts Log) with the instrument and the message, for example “Mirra EW: price entered MOB () zone” or “Trade module: TS4 SHORT stopped (−1.0R)”. They fire on live bars only.

Troubleshooting

In plain wordsMost problems are a missing data series or activation.

Blank or warming cells

  • warming n/n — history is still loading. Increase the days to load on the column’s data series.
  • Blank cells — check the column has a data series, the instrument has data, and the licence is activated.
  • Scanner and chart disagree — make sure the engine parameters and the bar type match on both.
  • Blank OIRegime — needs an Accelpix OI data subscription.
FAQ

Common questions

In plain wordsWhat traders ask when they first scan a whole list.

Do I install the scanner separately?

No. The same installer adds both the indicator and the scanner.

How many columns should I use?

Four to six modes stay readable. Start with Signal and WavePhase, then add what you miss.

Can I scan only one type of setup?

Yes — set Signal mode and choose a Signal filter such as Type1Only or TsFamily.

Why do F&O values look different?

Sizing uses the detected lot. Use LotSize mode to see which lot the scanner detected.

Is it free?

Yes — free for every Accelpix subscriber, together with the indicator.

Ready to run Mirra Master EW Scanner on your charts?

Download the single installer for the indicator and the scanner, then activate with your Machine ID. Free for every Accelpix subscriber; the Open Interest regime needs an active Accelpix OI data subscription.
